Recently stayed at Beech View for a short trip. The location was fantastic, just a 5 minute walk from the train station, making it easy to explore nearby attractions like York and Scarborough. The room was small but had everything we needed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights was the stunning courtyard garden, where we enjoyed watching birds and squirrels come to the feeders throughout the day. The owners were friendly and even lent us a book on the town. a great stay in a central yet peaceful location.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

Lovely market town with plenty of shops and places to eat/drink. Private walled garden - peaceful and beautiful, loved watching the birds and squirrels.

Free parking, free WiFi, and a lovely garden with a BBQ. The TV and DVD player kept me entertained. I enjoyed chilling on the patio. Conveniently not near the airport.
Such a shame the trees didn't stop shedding leaves into the hot tub. What a nuisance.

The apartment at Beech View was cozy and welcoming. The bedroom was comfy, and I loved the hot tub in the bathroom. The kitchen, with its fridge and microwave, made it convenient for me to prepare simple meals. it felt like a home away from home.
Personally, I found the TV in the apartment unnecessary.

The location was sick, just a short walk from the train station, perfect for our trips to York and Scarborough. The room was small but had everything we needed, and the bed was super comfy. The courtyard was lit, perfect for chill vibes and pre-gaming. And yo, the hot tub was the icing on the cake, we had some mad fun chilling in there. this place was dope for young party-goers like us!
The only thing we wished for was a banging party spot nearby. Like, it would've been epic if there was a club or bar within walking distance where we could turn up.

Always stay here when in town. Staff gave me great directions to attractions on my first visit. Place has Wi-Fi, free parking, perfect for me. Coming back for New Year. No regrets!

The apartment at Beech View was absolutely stunning! The cozy bedroom made me feel right at home, and the kitchen with its fridge and microwave was so convenient for cooking meals. The bathroom with the hot tub was a luxurious touch that I absolutely loved. the apartment had such a warm and welcoming vibe that made my stay extra enjoyable.
Personally, I found that having just one bathroom in the apartment was a bit inconvenient. However, I understand that some people may not mind this at all and still have a wonderful stay.

With its awesome location just a short walk from the town center, we could easily explore all the cool shops and grab a bite at the trendy cafes. Plus, the hot tub was an absolute game-changer! We had the most epic chill sessions, swapping stories and laughing our hearts out. And let's not forget the amazing cycling trails nearby, we had a blast pedaling through scenic paths and feeling the wind in our hair. Totally epic!
If there's one thing we'd ask for more, it would be a bit more night-time fun. Don't get us wrong, the location is great for exploring during the day, but as young party-goers, we were hoping for more energetic nightlife options nearby.

Loved having a garden to BBQ, but apparently the trees thought the hot tub was a leaf pile, not my fault they kept trying to join me. Free parking, though I had to guide my car carefully.
Who needs space anyway? Tiny bathroom sink, worn-out chairs, musty smell.

Cycling: I had a wheelie good time exploring the area on a bike. The hotel is located in an area where cycling can be enjoyed, and the nearby trails provided a fun and adventurous experience.
Leaves in hot tub: Occasionally, the tall trees in the hotel grounds blew leaves into the hot tub, but that's just nature doing its leafy dance.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the room had everything we needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the town center and close to both York and Scarborough for day trips. The staff were friendly and cute, even lending us a book on the area.
The hotel breakfast menu could benefit from a wider variety of options.
